The town itself is next to the water, but it’s more of a port and not as nice as the beaches to the north and south. The good thing about staying in town is that the small grocery stores, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance and you can just take day trips to the nicer beaches. Beautiful property with it's own little beach. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed lounging underneath tiki umbrellas overlooking the water.
The tiki bar cafe next to the pool had very good and moderately priced food options and a decent kids menu. There was a water-sports rental booth on site with jet ski, kayak and pedal board rentals but unfortunately it was closed due to a storm coming in. We had such a lovely time we extended or stay an extra day. Pool area was very comfortable and spacious. Reef House is located on the charming island of Grand Turk on the leeward part of the Caribbean ocean.
